- Deletion after processing: uploaded photos used for one-time processing are deleted promptly after processing is completed.
- Default local storage: where supported by your device, photos and drafts are stored locally by default unless you choose to upload them.
- No training/marketing use: we do not use your uploaded photos or text to train advertising systems or for marketing profiling.
4) AI-Assisted and Server-Side Processing (If You Use These Features) Section 4
Tapeora may offer optional features that process your uploaded images and/or text on Tapeora-operated servers (for example, generating, formatting, or enhancing tutorial content).
- Your uploaded images/text are processed on our own servers under our control.
- We do not share your uploaded images/text (including any generated outputs) with any third party.
- We delete the uploaded inputs and generated outputs from our processing servers promptly after processing is completed, unless you choose to save the result.
- You control whether to upload content and whether to generate results.
5) Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK and Similar Regions) Section 5
- Performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request).
- Legitimate interests (such as improving and securing the Service).
- Consent (for example, location permissions), which you may withdraw via device settings.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
